Hi there! My name is Ally Jones and I am so excited to meet all of my students for this 2024-2025 school year. This will be my second year teaching and my second year at MacArthur! I have lived in Jonesboro all my life and I am a JPS/Jonesboro High School alumna. I graduated from Arkansas State University with my Bachelor of Arts in English degree in May of 2022. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have four fur-children; two dogs and two cats. I cannot wait to get this year started, I am so excited and think this year is going to be the best year ever!! :) 

Reading is my passion and favorite hobby. My goal, along with creating a safe and fun learning environment for my kids this year, is to turn at least a handful of students into bookworms! We shall see if I succeed by the end of the year. ;)
