If you are new to Jonesboro Public Schools and need to register your student at Annie Camp, please come by the office (1814 W. Nettleton Ave.) Monday-Friday between 8am & 3pm to complete the registration packet. You will need:

• proof of address (lease or utility bill)

• an up-to-date copy of shot records

• a copy of birth certificate and social security card
