It is my professional goal as a school counselor to serve as a leader and an advocate for all students by demonstrating effective leadership, vision, collaboration with all stakeholders and equitable practices that embrace the diversity of the school community. 

Long-Term Goal: This year, I want to devote more time to small group counseling sessions. 

Short-Term Goal: To set aside 30 minutes per day for "Me Time".

I am currently working on a Master of School Counseling degree from Campbellsville University.

During the 2024-2025 school year, I will lead whole group, small group, and individual counseling sessions. I will collaborate with my colleagues to revise and implement a "Safe Schools" Crisis Management Plan and conduct professional learning opportunities pertaining to KSA. I will also incorporate the BARR program into my counseling services.

This school year I plan to celebrate earning a Master of School Counseling from Campbellsville University.
