I will change my alarm clock time from 6:00AM to 5:30AM each weekday so that I can have quiet time and start my day with intention during the current school year.

I will set my alarm 30 minutes earlier and place across the room to increase motivation.
I will turn off screens 30 minutes before bed to wind down and improve sleep quality.
