My personal goal is to become a stronger and healthier version of myself postpartum. I will achieve this goal by working out at least 3 days a week and increasing my water intake. I will monitor this through my Apple Watch and consuming 2 water tumblers a day.
My professional goal is to create a welcoming and engaging environment for my students. I will provide services that are culturally and educationally appropriate, individualized for each of my learners.
