Fabric covered buttons

Pressed by hand on to metal buttons with beautiful colourful and vibrant
floral patterns. Vintage style shank on the back so one can easily sew on to your projects. Set of 6, size 8mm. 

How I create my buttons

The idea for making buttons came about when I started to make lampsshades. At the back of the seam as shown here, I wanted to add some extra detail on the back.
Voila, buttons! I would create the lampshade and use small scraps of fabric that are left over. This process gave me the idea to make sets of buttons. I even source from other creators who have scraps of Liberty fabric which I use to make my Liberty buttons instead of throwing away.

These buttons can used for upholstery, clothes, creative hobby projects and can even be made into a badges.
