Users can send their customized emails on form submission to their audience / customers.
Now add Files from Drive to the templated email.
The above image shows the sample of an Email Template.
Users can configure the Email subject, message and mention their customer email address for whom the templated email need to be send.
If required drive files can also be attached to this templated email.
Email template can include specific dynamic field in ${field name} format or all dynamic fields in ${field name} formats in the form of texts or tabular way, which will be replaced with actual value when Form Director sends the email. Field Picker is used to pick form and system fields and place in the template
Select the type of generated document that needs to be attached to email.
Choose the File upload field so that you can add attachments to the email.
Click on 3 vertical dot icon (field picker). which will list the Form Fields, System Fields , App Fields,and Previous Result Fields.
You can select/search any dynamic fields from the Field picker.
Click on this following icon to insert all Dynamic Form Fields into Template message in text format.

Now you can insert dynamic button/links to email template.
Click on this following icon to insert dynamic button/link.
You can use existing templates(standard) buttons/links or create own custom buttons/links.
You can pass dynamic parameter to button/link as ${param_name} format in below image

Users can undo or redo changes while composing the message, making it easy to correct mistakes during editing.
Format important content using bold and italic text styling options.
Align message content using left, center, right, or justified alignment to structure the email layout clearly.
Create structured content using bulleted lists and numbered lists for better readability.
Adjust the layout of list items using indent and outdent controls.
Insert hyperlinks in the message to direct recipients to external pages or resources.
Users can insert hyperlinks in the message to direct recipients to websites, documents, or other relevant resources.
Apply text formatting options to enhance the appearance and readability of the message content.
Highlight important information using text color , background color and styling tools available in the editor.
Insert tables within the message template to organize and present structured information clearly.
When a table is selected, users can modify the table structure directly using the table toolbar.
Users can add new columns to expand the table and include additional data fields.
Remove unnecessary columns using the delete column option.
Insert new rows above or below the selected row to add more information.
Delete rows that are no longer required from the table.
Disabled icons indicate actions that are not currently applicable based on the selected table cell or structure.
Users can right-click on a table within the message editor to access additional table management options.
Insert or manage cells, rows, and columns directly from the context menu for quick table editing.
Users can open Table Properties to customize the appearance and structure of the table.
The General settings allow users to adjust table layout options such as:
Table width and height
Cell padding and cell spacing
Border width
Add or edit a table caption
Set table alignment within the message.
The Advanced settings provide additional styling options, including:
Configure border style
Set border color
Apply background color to the table.
The Formatting option feature allows you to format the values into preferred format based on their type: String, Number Date, Time and Date-time. Date/Time fields can be formatted with preferred timezone and formats as per your need
On click of Format Options, the dynamic fields like Date, Time and Date-time will be listed down with different formats and timezone.
You can apply formatting for the dynamic fields listed as shown in the image.
Once you select your Timezone and Format for the specified field, click on Apply button.
And check the specific dynamic field in the email template section.
In the same way, you can apply Formatting for other dynamic fields, which is of type Date, Time or Date-time.
Click Save after Formatting.
You can also insert the QR Code in the email template by selecting the insert as QR Code checkbox
