• IMPORTANT: ID matching the name turned in with your form to receive name tag and entrance to campus

• Filled out the Child Safeguarding Form before coming

• Reusable water bottle 

• Jacket as some of our rooms can get cold

• Some for of technology and charger if possible

• Please enter Teragong gate as it is the closest to registration area

• The JIS Cilandak campus Terogong Gate is located at Jl. Terogong Raya No. 33. You will need to enter

• at Terogong gate as a guest.

• Have ID ready to show and mention you are here for Local SENIA Conference

• Once you arrive at JIS, you will be directed to the FAT green gates, where you must show your formal ID with the name that matches what you turned in on the form as that is how you will be listed with SENIA members for check in.

• Parking- If you have a car that you will need to park security guards will guide you to either Teragong parking or MS parking. 

• From 7:30-8:00 so please arrive a little early if driving as it may take more time to find parking. 

• Registration will be outside the FAT (Fine Arts Theater) and you will see signage leading you to our tables.

• Find the table with the letter of your last name

• Fill out the child safe guarding form before coming to campus or then you will have to do it upon arrival

Each participant will receive a soft copy of an attendance certificate after the conference has concluded. We will use the name that was given through the workshop form.
