We will explore why it is crucial to consistently implement these accommodations, not only to support students' academic progress but also to foster their confidence, engagement, and overall well-being. Participants will learn how adherence to ILP accommodations promotes equity in the classroom, allows students to access the curriculum effectively, and helps them reach their full potential. Practical strategies and real-life examples will be shared to empower teachers in maintaining fidelity to ILPs in various classroom settings.
