We aim to inspire, empower, and encourage high school girls to join STEM to increase female representation through offering a variety of opportunities and activities: working on STEM projects, connecting with other WiSTEM chapters around the world, publishing a magazine, writing articles, recording podcasts, and working with younger students. We hope that through this program, not only will there be an increased awareness of women's potential, but also that girls will be able to recognize their own.
