Now that attorney review has
begun and about to be completed please find a tentative timeline and list of next steps below.
Please take note of the following:
1. Deposit of $66,000 is due within 10 days of the conclusion of attorney review. Please refer to your attorney to find out who the check needs to be payable to or to find out about e-transfer. The deposit will be held in the seller's attorney escrow pursuant to the contract.
2. Inspections: You are required to have your inspection completed and any requests for repairs to the seller's attorney no later than 10 days after attorney review.

3. Appraisal: An appraiser will be assigned by your lender. The appraiser will then contact me to schedule the appraisal. Timing varies on this. I have already reached out to your lender to schedule this. I will keep you posted on that.
4. Mortgage Commitment is due by July 6. Please provide your lender with the necessary documents for clearance. Let me know if there are any concerns at any point.
5. Title Search: This search will be initiated by your attorney to make sure there is no cloud/lien on your title. You must know that you can choose your title agency. I recommend Simplicity Title. They have been very reliable and responsive during all our past transactions.
6. Closing Date: August 31. Please note this is just a target date. Do NOT schedule movers or deliveries until you have confirmation from your attorney that an exact date and time have been scheduled and we have received final mortgage approval and title clearance.
