Rates and Insurance

All payments are due at time of session, and are payable by cash, check, or credit card.

Effective January 1, 2021, new rates will be in effect as follows:

Intial Assessment $200.00

50 Minute Individual, Couple, or Family Session $180.00

The above rates apply to clients beginning service January 1, 2021 or later, and to clients returning after a period of inactivity of at least 6 weeks.

In order to avoid being charged for a cancellation fee, cancellations must be made by 5:00 PM the previous day.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. If you need assistance finding out your benefits, we can find out from your insurer during our initial contact. If you want to contact your insurer prior to our meeting, ask the following questions:

      • What is my deductible and has it been met?

      • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

      • What is the coverage amount per therapy session (co-insurance %)?

      • Is prior authorization required by psychotherapist?

I am a network provider for Aetna, Cigna, and Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey.

Sliding Scale/Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available for those who cannot afford full fee. Please speak to me directly to discuss the possibility of a reduced fee.
