Our yearbooks are for ALL students K-5, not just 5th graders.

We’d love your back to school and school event photos for the yearbook! If you already have a TreeRing account, please log in and submit your photos!

How do I order the yearbook?

For those that sent in their order order form from the welcome packet in an envelope, your order will be be added to TreeRing under your child's name.

What are custom pages?

Custom pages only show up in YOUR OWN yearbook, not anyone else's -- so you and your kids can add vacation and family photos, answer all about me questions, add graphics, change backgrounds, write some stories or captions, and truly personalize it.

Everyone gets 2 free pages to create for their yearbook. Additional pages are only 99 cents each.

I ordered a softcover book but would like a hardcover now... what should I do?

Parents can also upgrade to hardcover in the portal.

Does the yearbook get created magically? 

The yearbook doesn't create itself... it actually takes many hours to complete. We are always looking for volunteers to help with this year's book.

Apple iPhones/iPads - We have a Treering Yearbooks app available in the Apple App Store.  You can upload photos, create custom pages, order your yearbook and much more when using the app.

Android - We have a Treering Yearbooks app available in the Google Play Store.  You can upload photos, create custom pages, order your yearbook and much more when using the app.

Mobile Devices - You do not need to download and use the iOS or Android apps to use Treering on mobile devices. Anyone can access Treering using the mobile browser on their mobile device and have all the same functionality (including buying the book and creating custom pages). It is recommended that you download and use Chrome browser.

Open the browser to go to www.treering.com and use the menu button in the upper right corner to sign in or create your account.

 Note: Treering supports all HEIC files from all sources.

  • Open the browser to go to www.treering.com and use the menu button in the upper right corner to sign in or create your account. The passcode is: 1014806030344299

• Click on "Purchase Yearbooks" or "Explore Yearbooks" to see your child's dashboard.

• You can also go to Menu ---> School Life --> Yearbooks ... Scroll down to customize, complete the To-Do List, and order older yearbooks if you missed one!

If I buy a yearbook in advance, can I still customize pages?

Yes! Your child's info will be updated in the system and you will be able to see that you have paid for the book in the portal. You can customize the book anytime.

How do I submit baby photos for my 5th grader?

5th Grade Families can upload baby photos of their 5th graders directly in their TreeRing account or send them to yearbook@jfcooperpta.org. 

Can I put a recognition ad in the yearbook for my fifth grader?

Yes. Recognition ads and custom pages are due mid-May so that the photos can be placed into the yearbook and the yearbook can be edited and printed in a timely manner.

When will my child receive his/her yearbook?

Yearbooks will ship to school and will be distributed the second week of June.

Do I have to pay shipping?

No. All orders ship directly to school. You do not need to pay shipping charges unless you wait until the very last minute and order late after the deadline in the Spring. Then you will need to ship the yearbook to your home.

5th grade parents can also upload a baby photo of their child in the portal. We'd like all baby photos by October 31st.
