The "Dubno: Sefer Zikaron" (Dubno Yizkor Book) was originally published in Tel Aviv in 1966, in Hebrew. It was translated into English and published by JewishGen, Inc. in 2022 as part of the the JewishGen Yizkor Book Project. The book is available online. It can also be purchased in hardcopy from JewishGen Press.

The Dubno Yizkor Book was published in 1966 by "Irgun yotsʾe Dubna be-Yiśrẚel" in Tel Aviv. It was added to the digital library of the Yiddish Book Center in January 2017. It is available on line through the Center. Information on purchasing a hard copy is available.
