Find 3-5 Colleagues - Set up and implement a Pineapple Chart

Do this for at least one month and visit at least 5 classrooms (30 min each). Be sure to leave a note of appreciation.

Bonus: Share your chart with one of your administrators.

Visit classrooms for 5-10 minutes to observe teaching and learning. Leave an Anchor of Appreciation for your colleague about what you see. Bonus: Tie the appreciation to a strategic goal.

Find 2-3 Colleagues - Set up a time with Janet to participate in 1-3 "rounds" of Instructional Rounds.

Participants will decide upon a "problem of practice," come to consensus of the "ideal" situation, visit classrooms to gather evidence, and discuss the next level of work.
