New Club Form - Coming Soon
Thank you for being a part of Westmoor’s culture. Forming a new club allows you to be an active part of the student body and adds to the diversity we have at Westmoor. However, formation of a new club requires many steps to be taken before becoming an official club on campus. ALL NEW CLUBS MUST SUBMIT THEIR PAPERWORK FOR CONSIDERATION BY THE FOLLOWING DEADLINES:
Fall Semester Deadline - Friday, October 17, 2025
OR
Spring Semester Deadline – Friday, February 6, 2026
This form must be submitted along with the minutes for any expenditures that your club, class, team, or organization would like to make using ASB Funds.
ALL purchases MUST be pre-approved and have a valid PO# issued by the Account Clerk prior to a purchase being made. Failure to comply may result in a delayed or denied reimbursement.
Please complete the Check Request Form to receive a reimbursement.
Please complete the Westmoor Event Request Form and select "Fundraiser" on the form. Allow plenty of time for your Fundraiser to be approved. Student Government needs to have your form no later than 4-6 weeks prior to the start of your fundraiser.
Please be sure to complete all requests for a cash box at least 72 hours prior to your event.
