Remember the Limits of Confidentiality! Anything we talk about is confidential unless you tell me one of following 3 things:

1. You are hurting or are going to hurt yourself.

2. You are being hurt by someone else.

3. You are going to hurt another person.

By law, I cannot keep these things confidential.
