#ServeToBeGreat
Our middle school is located in Louisville, KY. We are a premier middle school working to empower students to be life long learners. Our orchestra students strive for excellence in and out of the classroom because of their passion and love of making music. Here at the RO, we try hard at everything we do and focus our time to be the best person we can be. Being the orchestra teacher is a pleasure every day. Music is something that helps them escape from what they go through in their lives and seeing them grow from that makes my job not seem like a job.We are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all.

Matthew is a violinist, Concert Master/Section Leader, distinguished solo & ensembles, and was 3rd chair JCPS All County. He participated in healthcare in Explore pathway at Ramsey. He will also be attending YPAS in the fall and we thank all the hard work he put into our program. Good luck to both!
Every week, we will feature our Student of The Week! This student expresses great dedication, leadership, and passion for music and receives a certificate and Sprite in recognition completely by their peers! As a musician, we hold an important role in contributing to creating music. Everyone performs as a soloist in their own way, but collectively can create beautiful music. We have events and organizations such as JCPS All-County Orchestra, Louisville Youth Orchestra, University of Louisville Honors Orchestra, and many more that students can audition for and go as a solo musician! Private lessons are also are great start to sky rocketing your student's talent and ability!
