Colts Athletics
A Source of Pride
Development of mind and body are important parts of the educational experience at Frederick Law Olmsted Academy North (FLOAN), and to encourage students to develop their physical skills and appreciation for well-being, our school offers a wide range of athletic programs and activities for students. We are committed to encouraging young men to be successful both in and outside of competitions. While we want teams to be successful, we want all students to grow and develop throughout their experiences.
Teamwork is stressed, and hard work is expected. Sports and activities are more than the wins and the losses. They're about the hard work during training, the extra work on the participants' own time, and the academic success in the classroom.
Sports and activities at FLOAN are on the rise and are quickly becoming noticed within the city of Louisville. Olmsted Colts participate in several sports, from contact football to cross-country. We welcome you to come to a game or to contact one of our coaches, and you will feel the excitement at Frederick Law Olmsted Academy North. Go, Colts!
