Lots of new terminology for beginners and even some old timers new to our workouts. Below you will find explanations of terms and links to videos explaining some movements.
Alt = alternating
AMRAP = as many rounds/reps as possible
BW = bodyweight
C & J = Clean and Jerk - VIDEO HERE
DB(s) = Dumbbell(s)
DBL = Double
DL = Deadlift - VIDEO HERE
DU(s) = Double Under(s) - VIDEO HERE
EMOM = every minute on the minute
G2OH = ground to overhead (aka snatch, power snatch, clean and jerk, etc) - VIDEOS HERE
HPC = Hang Power Clean - VIDEO HERE
HPS = Hang Power Snatch - VIDEO HERE
HSPU = Hand Stand Push Ups - VIDEO HERE
KB = Kettlebell
KBS = Kettlebell Swing - Swing that goes completely overhead - VIDEO HERE
RKBS = Russian Kettlebell Swings - Swing that stops between chest and eye level - VIDEO HERE
OH = Overhead
OHS = Overhead Squat - VIDEO HERE
ON/OFF = on is seconds of work, off is seconds of rest
OTM = on the minute
OTxM = on the seconds/minutes where "x" can be any amount of time. ex: OT3M = performing exercises at 0:00, 3:00, 6:00, etc
RD(s) = Round(s)
ROM = range of motion

SU(s) = Single Under(s) - VIDEO HERE
WB = Wall Balls - VIDEO HERE
Weight Designations = ex: (55/35) 55lbs for men, 35lbs for women
YGIG = You Go I Go (partner style workout)
