What is the Educational Benefits Form (EBF)?

All families must complete the Educational Benefits Form each school year. This form may qualify your family for fee waivers for field trips, school supplies, and other costs. It also helps our school receive grants and important educational resources. Completing the EBF can increase our school’s budget in a meaningful way.

Please complete the form now, and again any time your household information changes - such as your address, job status, or income. Even a small change can make a big difference for our school.
