Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological, & social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, & act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, & make choices. Mental health falls on a continuum, meaning our mental health can change depending on many factors within and outside of our control. It is important at every stage of life and is an integral part of health.

The Mental Health Practitioner's Role
The Mental Health Practitioner Promotes the mental health wellness of students by providing evidence-based interventions at the individual and group level, engaging families, coordinating with community partners, and providing training, collaboration and consultation for school personnel. A restorative and supportive yoga flow for Educators. A space where educators can come together to feel supported, empowered, and inspired to take charge of their well-being. Yoga Class is EVERY Monday at 6:15pm. Recommended to register in advance.
