A book helps us to see ourselves in its story or it can help us to understand others. As you listen to the story it may help you to understand yourself better. It may help you to feel better about yourself. It can also help you understand other people better. It may help you to understand why people dress or act different than you do. As you read or listen to a story ask yourself, "What does the book mean to me?"
