A Power Wash will solve many issues with CBs, including not being able to sign into CLEVER or Classroom, waking a CB that won't turn on, and issues related to multiple accounts on a CB. It only takes a couple minutes!
Classroom Tools requires that both the student AND the teacher are using Chromebooks.

To get the most out of your SMART Panel:
STEP 1: create a SMART account. Click this link, then select Get Started for Free. On the sign in page, select Sign in with Microsoft (NOT Google). This site, Lumio, will allow you to create interactive lessons among other things.

STEP 2: sign in to the board. I've found I can use either Google or Microsoft. Using Microsoft eliminates a step. This video shows how to sign in and how to link your Google Drive and/or One Drive. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bUUWZDpDGyyrBiv4Cry7rxeQGzLAUKDF/view
NOTE: I've found that once I've signed in, Google Drive stays signed in but One Drive does not. However, I only had to enter my email address for One Drive and it opened right away. But, DO NOT close the One Drive tab or you will have to sign in again.
You will need to Authenticate when you sign in. The first time you sign in, you may need to sign in to multiple sites before you have everything you need. The Authenticator will be needed each time.
