Before reserving a cart, you must agree to the following:

I will pick-up the cart and return the cart at the end of the day to its "home"

I will make sure that every CB is in the correct slot and is plugged in to the charger

I will not ignore a CB problem - I will report it using this form.

I will not reserve a cart for a substitute (Does not apply to Long-Term and Preferred Subs in most cases)

I will not reserve a cart for more than 3 consecutive days or a total of 10 days per month (This requirement will be adjusted after use patterns are established. UNTIL MORE CARTS ARE AVAILABLE, THE LIMIT IS ONE DAY AT A TIME. 

I understand that my reservation could be cancelled if it falls during a testing window
