Growing and Changing

The study of the human reproductive system is a part of our 5th grade science curriculum. It is a natural extension of the body systems that we learn about during the school year.

Due to the sensitive nature of the Growing and Changing unit, parent permission is required for participation. Student textbooks are available for you to preview. Books would need to be returned before our first class, on April 11th.

If you do not wish for your child to participate in this class, please contact me to learn about the district -approved alternative assignments that your child would complete. It would involve a self-guided study of a body system.
