August 29, 2023 - Arvada West Recruitment Night (Tuesday) - 5:30 p.m. set-up, 6:30 p.m. Talk, 7:00 p.m. - Stores - Auditorium/Cafeteria
August 30, 2023 - Ralston Valley Recruitment Night (Wednesday) - 5:30 p.m. set-up, 6:30 p.m. Talk, 7:00 p.m. - Stores - Auditorium/Cafeteria
October 24, 2023 - Skate City Skate Party 6:00-8:00pm (Arvada Location: 5353 W 64th Ave, Arvada, CO 80003)
November 9, 2023 (Thursday) - Arvada West Area Festival - Orchestra concert at 6:00, Band concert at 7:30 - Musicians from Fairmount, Fremont, Stott, Vanderhoof, Drake, and AWest.
November 15, 2023 (Wednesday) - Ralston Valley Area Festival - Orchestra concert at 6:00, Band concert at 7:30 - Musicians from Meiklejohn, Sierra, Van Arsdale, West Woods, Oberon, Three Creeks, Wayne Carle, and RV.

Orchestra Musicians arrive for tuning at 5:15 p.m., 5:45 p.m. rehearsal, 6:00 p.m. concert
Band Musicians arrive at 6:40 p.m., 7:00 p.m. rehearsal, 7:30 p.m. concert
Mini Concerts (Each school performs at their school) - The schools will adjust with our schedule, but these will happen December 15 (Friday), 18 (Monday), 19 (Tuesday)
(13th-15th backup if 12/18-12/19 are plan days)
January 22, 2024, Monday - Fifth grade interest night for students attending Drake Middle School for 6th grade - 5:30 - 6:45 p.m. Meet Ms. Wilson and Ms. Coy and learn about middle school music!
January 23, 2024, Tuesday - Fifth grade interest night for students attending Oberon Middle School for 6th grade - 5:30 - 6:45 p.m. Meet Ms. Miller and Ms. Stafford and learn about middle school music!
February 22, 2024, Thursday - Solo or Duet performances at Oberon Middle School - 6:30 p.m. Students that CHOOSE to participate will showcase their skills! Sierra, Stott, and Van Arsdale Elementary Schools
February 27, 2024, Tuesday - Solo or Duet performances at Wayne Carle Middle School - 6:30 p.m. Students that CHOOSE to participate will showcase their skills! Meiklejohn students only
February 29, 2024, Thursday - Solo or Duet performances at Drake Middle School - 6:30 p.m. Students that CHOOSE to participate will showcase their skills! Fremont, Vanderhoof, and West Woods Elementary Schools
March 5, 2024, Tuesday - Spring Skate City Skate Party - 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. (Arvada Location: 5353 W 64th Ave, Arvada, CO 80003)
March 6, 2024, Wednesday - Solo or Duet performances at Fairmount Elementary School - 6:30 p.m. Students that CHOOSE to participate will showcase their skills! Fairmount students only
April 16, 2024, Tuesday - Band rehearsal at Oberon - 4:45 - 5:30 p.m.
April 16, 2024, Tuesday - Orchestra rehearsal at Drake - 4:45 - 6:00 p.m.
April 24, 2024, Wednesday - Final Concert at Arvada West High School - 7:00 p.m.
End Of Year Mini Concerts (Each school performs for their student body)
The schools will adjust with our schedule, but these will happen May 13-17 (Monday-Friday)
