Teaching is a second career for me. I was in business for over 18 years. I managed the gross profit, purchasing, sales, and training of associates in Natural Foods for 23 stores in the Alaska region. In 2007, I graduated from University of Alaska, Anchorage with a BA in Elementary Education.
My husband and I relocated to the Denver area in June of 2014 due to family reasons. We love living in this great state. We are enjoying the many sites and opportunities that are afforded here. We especially like browsing the many antique stores around the city.
We have two grown children, Nicole and Adam with six grandchildren between them and their spouses! The grandchildren and I spend many hours kayaking and swimming at the pool. In the winter, we spend a lot of time playing card games. I relish the moments of watching them explore their surroundings as they learn about their world.
I look forward with anticipation at the opportunities to help your child learn, explore their surrounding, and continue to grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
