• We had a fun, busy week of learning!

What we did this week…

Math - We began unit 6 and started learning about teen numbers.

Literacy - Our focus this week was America's birthday and the essential question, "What makes the US special?" 

Foundational Skills - We learned a about the digraph, "ck," and practiced our heart words.

Social Studies - We are connecting our social studies unit with our literacy unit and are learning about US symbols. This week we learned about the War Memorial in Washington DC and The Liberty Bell.
