Intensity Camp

Intensity camp is a fast paced, camp for our Gator Volleyball program. This year it will run once per day on Monday-Friday the week before tryouts. We will focus on skills, conditioning, and specific volleyball off-court training. Different skills and drills will be practiced each day and we will have a mini - tournament. Please understand that attendance at this camp does not guarantee placement on a team in the program. 

• When: Monday, August 3rd - Friday, August 7th @ SLHS Main Gym

• Time: 4:30pm-7:30pm

• Cost: $150
