The 2025 Lisa Nelson 5K Is coming up! It is a program expectation that athletes attend this event to honor Lisa Nelson, who was the volleyball coach at Ralston Valley for 13 years.
Registration forms are due to the office before 9/22 for the discounted registration price.
We will see you there and don't forget to hang around after for the pancake breakfast!
Mark your calendars for our restaurant nights this season! Athletes will be expected to attend with their team, but families are invited as well! See you there!
