Varsity Head Coach
Coach Brad Madden is entering his 22nd season as a Head Coach and sixth at Ralston Valley High School. This season he will record his 300th win! During his time at Ralston Valley, Coach Madden and the Mustangs secured the league title in 2019 and have made it to the post season each year Prior to coming the Ralston Valley High School Coach Madden Spent 8 seasons as the head coach at Green Mountain HS. While at Green Mountain High School Coach Madden helped lead Green Mountain to 3 Final 8 appearances, and Back to Back 4A State Championships in 2014 and 2015. In his tenure at Green Mountain Coach Madden placed 24 Players on the All-State team and sent over 20 players onto various levels of college baseball. In 2015 Coach Madden was named CHSAA Coach of the Year, Denver Post All-Colorado Coach of the Year, and Jefferson County Male Coach of the Year. In 2014 Coach Madden was named Prep Baseball Coach of the year, NFHS Baseball Coach of the Year, CHSAA Coach of the Year, and Denver Post All-Colorado Coach of the Year. Prior to his tenure at Green Mountain Coach Madden was the Head Coach at Golden High School from 2002-2009. Coach Madden help lead Golden High School to 4 Final 8 appearances and 3 Final 4 appearances. Coach Madden lead Golden to the 2003 4A state championship. In his tenure at Golden Coach Madden was named Jeffco Coach of the Year 2 times (2007,2003). Also in 2003 Coach was named Denver Post All-Colorado coach of the year and Rocky Mountain News Coach of the year. While at Golden Coach Madden placed 18 players on the All-state team and over 20 players onto the College level including future MLB all-star Mark Melancon (Yankees, Astros, Red Sox, Pirates, Giants). Coach Madden has compiled a career 244-104 coach record. Â
Coach Madden Played his College baseball at Barton County Community College and Washburn University where he was a 2-year starter at second base at both schools. During his senior season, Washburn compiled 38 wins, a school record and were ranked in the top 25 in the Nation. Coach Madden played his high school baseball at Arvada West High School winning the 1994 6A state championship as the starting Short Stop. Coach Madden played alongside the future MLB Hall of Famer Roy Halladay.Â
Coach Madden lives in Arvada with his wife Kristen son Logan(17) Daughter Samantha (15) and son Luke (10)

Coach Tony grew up in Arvada and graduated from Arvada West High School. The Arvada community has always been important to him. This community of family, friends, and school helped shape him specifically during his years of playing Arvada youth sports. While attending high school at Arvada West Tony was a 2-time All-State athlete in wrestling and baseball. At the University of Northern Colorado, Tony was a 2 time All-American with honors in wrestling and baseball, a 3 time Academic All-American, and was honored with a dual-sport All-American Award. Tony currently lives in Arvada with his wife and 2 boys. Tony’s commitment to the Arvada community extends to his business endeavors as well. He is an entrepreneur, owning Venture Financial, a successful mortgage company, and is a partner in HomeGuard Restoration, a roofing company, both of which are located in Arvada. Â

Coach Ramirez was born and raised in Lakewood, Colorado. He graduated from Green Mountain High School where he played baseball and golf. He attended Washburn University where he played baseball for four years and graduated with his Finance degree. Coach Ramirez has a great wife.
