Team Rosters have been set up and invites have been sent on Team Snap. If have not received an invite and you are a player or parent of a player, please reach out to secretary@rvhsmba.com for assistance.

FIRST PITCH BREAKFAST 

• Sunday, March 8th, 9-10 am in the RV Cafeteria

• Players and 1 parent must attend. Other family members are welcome to join. Eating breakfast is not required. 

• Players and coaches eat for free

• All family members who would like to have breakfast (burritos, bagels, fruit, yogurt, coffee, gatorade) please pay $10 per person

• Please RSVP for all who are eating (do not include your player) by sending a Venmo @RalstonValleyMustangsBaseball by Thursday, March 5th

  • Comment with your last name and how many are having breakfast 

  • We can also collect cash at the event. If paying for breakfast by cash please RSVP by emailing VicePresident@rvhsmba.com

• There will be important announcements from Coach Madden and the MBA, plus Rockies Voucher distribution, and fee collection 

• We will also hold a quick break out session at the end to discuss team volunteer opportunities plus answer questions. Please join this session if you have already volunteered for a position or would like to volunteer and/or find out more.

Upcoming Fundraisers:

This year, we are taking our sponsorship program digital! As with any program, sponsorships are an effective way to meet our financial needs. Each player is asked to secure $200 worth of sponsorships for this season. Here is a flyer and Google form to gather sponsors early if you wish.  After tryouts, we will send out a separate form for $50 Well-Wish Ads.

• Next MBA Meeting: March 10, 2025 6-7pm @RVHS Counseling Center

• The MBA meets on the second Tuesday of the month to review our goals, plan events, and strategize ways to support the program. Please join us and get involved to make this season a great one for our players!
