Tryouts

RVHS Hockey Tryouts for both Varsity and JV, will be at the Apex Ice Center on November 9, 10, and 12 at 6am.

Interested in joining the RVHS Mustangs hockey team? Tryouts are your chance to show off your skills, work ethic, and team spirit. Typically held over several days, tryouts include skating drills, puck handling, scrimmages, and conditioning assessments. Coaches evaluate players based not only on skill but also on attitude, hustle, and coachability.

All participants must come prepared with full gear, a current physical, and completed eligibility forms. Current plans involve creating three teams, Varsity,  Junior Varsity, and L3 based on experience and ability. Final rosters will be posted after the evaluation period.

Bring your best effort, stay focused, and show that you're ready to represent your school on the ice!

COST:

Jeffco Athletic Fee = 200$

Team Ice Fees = May vary between 500$-800$ depending on team and number of players.
