Coach Henry Wurzer

JV Coach, Henry Wurzer

Coach Wurzer is originally from Colorado Springs and started playing lacrosse in second grade. He later moved to the Denver metro area and played for Cherry Creek High School from 2011 to 2014. At Cherry Creek, he played on three state championship runner-up teams and one state semifinalist team. He also played club lacrosse for Denver Elite. After graduating high school, Coach Wurzer played NCAA D2 lacrosse at Lindenwood University in Missouri from 2015 to 2018. He played a part in Lindenwood's first tournament-eligible season after transitioning from club to NCAA in 2013. While at Lindenwood, they made the NCAA tournament in 2015 and were consistently ranked in the top 15 nationally. Coach Wurzer received his bachelor's degree in finance from Lindenwood and now works as a physician recruiter. This is his first year coaching high school lacrosse and he is excited to share his knowledge of the game with the Ralston Valley Lacrosse program.
