Records Requests

Summer 2024 Transcript Information for Families

Students' final transcripts were automatically sent by the RV Counseling Department if they indicated their attending institution on their JEFFCO Senior Exit Survey. 

If students did not indicate an attending institution, please see the instructions below.

Before May 31, transcript requests will continue to be made through the RV Counseling Team. Contact the Counseling Office for questions regarding FAFSA, transcripts, or other related matters. 

After May 31, 2024, graduates will need to use the "CURRENT student” button on Jeffco’s  online ordering system at http://jeffco.scriborder.com. 

After September 1, 2024, graduates will use the FORMER student button for transcript requests, which will cost $3 per transcript.   

Graduated Seniors

Final transcripts are sent to the college you're attending by the beginning of June. Graduates, please give the college or university you chose in your senior survey 2 or 3 weeks to process those transcripts through their mail room. If you make your choice after graduation, you will need to contact the district using the information in the right column to send your transcript.
