Welcome!! Math Seminar is an intervention for students who need a little extra support and instruction in order to be successful in their core Math class. I will be following the same checkpoints as the other Math 6 classes so that students feel more prepared and familiar with the new skills they are learning. Students report feeling more confident in math and have even learned to love a subject that has typically been a source of frustration for them.

I do not typically assign homework because students already have daily Math homework in their core class.

No one is born with or without a "math brain"! Mathematical pathways form in the brain through learning.
