Rocky Mountain Music Repair - Outstanding local band repair shop! RMMR also sells instruments, reeds, accessories, and music books.

Mi Vida Strings - Incredible local string repair shop! Mi Vida also sells instruments. The owner, Eric Trujillo is also a luthier - that means that he MAKES all kinds of string instruments!

Sol Vista Strings - Really great local string shop. You can rent and repair your instruments with Sol Vista!

Flesher Hinton Music Store - My childhood repair shop. They can meet all of your needs with renting, purchasing, repairing, and accessorizing instruments!

Music & Arts - Can take care of practically all of your accessory-based needs! Strings, neckstraps, rosin, oil, stands, music, you name it.

Honor Groups and Summer Camps

Colorado Honor Band - This year-round organization offers group classes and large ensemble experiences very close to Standley Lake!

Front Range Youth Symphony - A local orchestra organization that offers large ensemble experiences for students of all levels! Auditions usually take place in May. A year in FRYS goes from August to May.

CU Middle School Ensemble - "MSE" meets in the Spring semester each year. It provides learning experiences for middle schoolers, high schoolers, college undergrads, and graduate students alike. It gives your child weekly small-group and large-group instruction in band, orchestra, or choir!

CU Honor Band - Check this out for an awesome Honor Band opportunity outside of Jeffco!

CU Summer Music Academy - Week-long summer music program for band and orchestra. I worked as a counselor for 4 years and proudly support it as a teacher!

Colorado Conservatory for the Jazz Arts - Great jazz educational organization!
