Class Overview

Students will be exposed to and get practice in the areas of theater that aren't the acting part. Students will have the opportunity to see what it's like to be a set designer, costume designer, sound designer, make-up designer and lighting designer by creating their own designs for existing plays.

There will be guest speakers who are in these fields on a professional level so kids can have the opportunity to see what they're learning applied in real life.

Assignments

• My goal is to complete all assignments during our normal class meeting time. A list of all of the assignments are located under the classwork tab on each google classroom and are organized by week as well as below:

• Only two more small design projects to complete before I give you the big one! Also, the styrofoam heads are getting closer...
