Christy will reach out to your family regarding registration, back to school night, supply list and other items in the near future if your family is returning to Miller in August.
Please make sure your child's statement of health is current. Student's with expired forms will be excluded from school until these forms are received. Here is a link to the JeffCo form. Other formats from your providers that are signed and dated by your health provider are also accepted. You can hand deliver these forms or email them to christy.gabrielson@jeffco.k12.co.us .
