Preschool does not have a supply list this year. However, we will gladly accept items from our wish list. You can also drop off diapers and other (i.e. feeding supplies) as applies to your child at the back to school event.

Please make sure your child's statement of health is current. Student's with expired forms will be excluded from school until these forms are received. Here is a link to the JeffCo form. Other formats that are signed by your providers are also accepted. You can hand deliver these forms or email them to christy.gabrielson@jeffco.k12.co.us .

Snack reminders (THANK YOU):
ALL water bottles must be labeled with your child's name
No peanut butter (may contain trace amounts peanuts OK)
Please cut grapes and bananas as they are high choking risks

If your child needs Tylenol to function, they should not be sent to school. Thank you for your consideration and support keeping our kids healthy!
