What is a coping skill?

A coping skill is a tool that helps you when you are having strong emotions. Coping skills can help us to calm or change our strong emotions.

-Craft-Site for ideas

-Get outside at least once per day practicing social distance

-Yoga

-Read-Jeffco Public Library you can access material online

-Have a dance party

-Play a board game

-Bake/cook -Food Network

-Sidewalk chalk

-Write or draw something for someone else

-Think about things you are grateful for

-Meditate
