On the last page of the info document, there is a "notes from you" page. Feel free to print those out or leave me a note on paper on my desk if any of those same things. There are extra of these printed in the Sub Binder on the table behind the teacher desk as well.
Rosters for each rotation can be found in the Sub Binder as well. Special notes on students are in there. If there are any special notes for students, I will write them in the seating chart for each class for you and/or on the lesson plans for that grade level.
