Garden Tasks

Tracking Work Hours

All gardeners have agreed to contribute 3 hours per month (15 hours per garden season) per plot to taking care of the common areas of the garden. We have a 3-ring binder in the shed for you to track your work hours. Your tracking is done on an honor system-- please fill out the tracking sheet when you do work to contribute to the common good of the garden.

Ways to Contribute to your Work Hours

  • Work Days
  • Events: Neighborhood Night Out, School Garden Days, School Youth Farmstand
  • Water School Plots during the Summer (look for a sign-up genius)
  • Deliver Produce Donations to Westwoods Food Bank
  • Volunteer for other projects or committees

If you do not complete your work hours last summer those hours are added to this summer's hours.
