Hello Foothills Families,

My name is Ms. Kingston and I am excited to be your child's 4th grade teacher. This will be my 22nd year teaching, but my first year at Foothills.

I grew up in New York, but moved to Los Angeles while I was in college. I loved my time there and being close to the beach, but decided this year to move to Colorado where my parents and sister have been living for awhile.

This summer was a busy one. I packed up my home where I had lived for the last 12 years and started my journey east. Along with my boyfriend, we made stops in Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Albuqueque, (to visit a childhood friend) and Taos before making my way into Colorado on a hot July day. I have been getting familiar with the surrounding areas and really enjoy the beauty of the Green Mountain area.

When I'm not at school I enjoy watching sports---baseball, basketball, football, and soccer. I also enjoy hiking, biking, camping, and traveling to new places.
