The Jeffco Schools Adult ESL Program

Day and evening English ESL (English as a Second Language) classes are available to adults ages 18 and over for a minimal fee. Classes meet (2) sessions. Each session is (15-16) weeks. Classes meet in Lakewood,Arvada and Edgewater. Classes are designed to challenge the English language learner to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing and grammar skills. Adult learners have the opportunity to take Beginning through Advanced level classes. Interactive computer programs and basic computer skills are taught at all levels. Pre and post-test assessments are used to measure student progress and guide instruction. Please view and download the registration information.
