The refocus from is updated from year to year and even week to week depending on the needs of the building, classroom and individual students. Because behavioral expectations is directly connected to student learning and safety this form should serve as a guideline for intervensions and every case of behavioral intervension is different.
If you are completing this form it is because observed behaviors are repeated and in need of classroom responses, or severe enough that classroom responses are not sufficient in which case an office visit may be necessary. It is important that behaviors do not hinder an employee from doing their job or disrupts the learning environment for students.
