Cherry Creek Invite/Stutler Bowl Parking - See Information Below
Due to a shortage of bus drivers, we will not have buses for meets. We need your help getting our athletes to the meets. It is your athlete’s responsibility to arrange transportation to and from each meet. Please pick your athlete up in a timely manner at the conclusion of the meet.
Admission to Jeffco Stadium for spectators
Jeffco has gone CASHLESS for all district athletic events. Click here for information on how to purchase tickets to our meets at Jeffco Stadium for spectators. Admission for Track & Field athletes is always free. For Jeffco Stadium, you can purchase tickets in advance, or pay by credit card at the gate. Cash/checks will not be accepted.
Jeffco Athletics has partnered with Go Fan digital ticketing for athletics events. Fans can purchase tickets one of four ways:
Purchase Punch Passes online via Jeffco Public Schools Go Fan Box Office.
If you would like to search a Single Game ticket please use Go Fan Box Office to search your event.
Download the GoFan App for Apple or Android.
Scan the displayed QR Code displayed at each stadium.
Use a credit card onsite; cash or checks not accepted.
The GoFan online ticketing system allows Jeffco Athletics to operate a more efficient and professional ticketing system while elevating the fan experience. Fans are encouraged to buy tickets online prior to arriving at the facility. For convenience, signage will be set up at the venue to help fans navigate an online purchase quickly and easily.
Other stadiums charge admission fees for spectators and this will be included with the meet information for the meet.

Early Release
Early Release is at 12:20 p.m. There will not be an announcement. You are expected to leave school at the appropriate time below and head straight to Jeffco Stadium.
It is the athlete's responsibility to speak with the teacher whose class they will be leaving early at the beginning of the period. Politely remind the teacher/sub that you will be leaving class early and the time you will be leaving. Remind the teacher that the list of names should be posted on Infinite Campus and they can confirm time and name, if needed. If the athlete's name isn't on the list, request that the teacher call Ms. Millikan asap. If an athlete has issues with being released from a class, they need to speak with Ms. Millikan immediately and notify Della.
Volunteers Needed!
Important! We need 3 volunteers to assist with Discus for this meet - cannot be an athlete competing in the meet. This is a great way to help your team and to get volunteer hours for NHS or any other club or activity! A Coach will run the event, but we need volunteers for marker, tape measure holder, and implement retriever. If an athlete volunteers, they are eligible to receive 1 letter point once during the season. This could come in handy at the end of the season if you are one point away from lettering! Volunteers need to be at Jeffco Stadium no later than 1:45 p.m. Parents - if your athlete is competing in the event, this is a great way to see them compete up close and personal! If athletes, parents, family members, or friends are interested in helping, please contact Della at della.moore@jeffco.k12.co.us asap.

As the area surrounding the Stutler Bowl is undergoing a multi-year construction and renovation project, please see the directions below for all teams, players, and spectators.
The WEST side of Stutler Bowl is closed to spectators and spectator parking.
Parent & Spectators must enter on the EAST side of the stadium only. Gates open at 7:45 a.m.
Team camps are WEST side.
Parking: Spectators and players traveling individually, parking is available in the SOUTHEAST or NORTHEAST lots of Stutler Bowl.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK in the adjacent neighborhoods or King Soopers. We have been notified that cars will be ticketed and towed.
Directions: Southeast Lot/Stutler Bowl – from Yosemite Street, go east on Campus Drive and follow along the south side of the stadium.
Northeast Lot/Stutler Bowl – from Union Avenue, enter the parking area via the service street on the south side of the road. (Denoted by star on map).
Entrance: All spectators and players traveling individually, will enter on the EAST side of Stutler Bowl at GATE 8.
