I hope you, your family, and Shades Valley are all doing well.

 I recently participated in a University-wide art contest here at UAB called “Spark your Fire Art Competition” and won 2ND PLACE. 

You were one of the first people I thought to tell because I know you would be really happy to hear it. I’ve learned so much from you and your class and I’m really grateful for that experience because I will carry it with me wherever I go.
