TRIP DEPOSIT - MAY 28, 2021 - $100 PER TRAVELER
PAYMENT #2 - SEPTEMBER 17, 2021 - $250 PER TRAVELER
PAYMENT #3 - OCTOBER 15, 2021 - $250 PER TRAVELER
PAYMENT #4 - NOVEMBER 19, 2021 - $250 PER TRAVELER
PAYMENT #5 - JANUARY 28, 2022 - REMAINING BALANCE
TRIP ITINERARY - This will always be the most current itinerary we have. Please check back often.
INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT SYSTEM - This is where you ACTUALLY REGISTER for the trip through Bob Rogers Travel. You will also make your payments through this system. NO PAYMENTS SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE DIRECTORS OR PAID TO THE SCHOOL. Registration deadline is MAY 14, 2021. It is recommended you use a computer and Google Chrome to register and not a phone or tablet.
TRAVEL INSURANCE - Bob Rogers Travel offers travel insurance at very reasonable rates. You are, however, welcome to purchase travel insurance from whomever you want. If you choose to use BRT, be sure to access the website on the link provided on the form in order to get the BRT pricing. You may contact BRT at any time with questions.
