Communication and Other Tech Tools

Weekly assignments update -- Teachers will update weekly assignments every Friday so students know what needs to be done the following week.  In the weekly updates, teachers will communicate any due dates for student work. 

Moodle -- This platform will be used for supplemental resources or for activities that may be done on-site or virtually.  If your student cannot access a Moodle page, they need to email the specific teacher.

Gradebook -- Your child’s Gradebook consists of two categories for each class: Skills Practice and Skills Assessment.  The Skills Practice category will have evidence of the practice done with certain skills before the final assessment.  This category is not graded, but is helpful in seeing your child’s progress towards important standards for each grade level content.  The Skills Assessment category demonstrates your child’s mastery of the grade level standards.  

Communication -- Teachers will communicate with parents and students via Infinite Campus Messenger, ParentSquare, or email.  Teachers will do their best to respond to any communications within 24 hours.
